Face to face only
Adults: 90 minutes: consists of full detailed psychosocial assessment, exploration of goals for therapy and a herd meet.
Adolescent: 90 minutes: consists of full detailed psychosocial assessment, exploration of goals for therapy and a herd meet.
One initial session with parent/care giver and another initial session with child/adolescent.
60-minute sessions including but not limited to exercises to regulate the nervous system, exploration of emotions, developing coping strategies, and processing experiences, and reflective discussions in the presence of the herd.
All Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is face to face and located at my private practice in Porepunkah, Northeast Victoria.
