I’m a clinically registered counsellor with PACFA. After working in a counselling practice in Melbourne, I made the move to country life and opened my private practice in Wangaratta, focusing on couples counselling, and trauma-informed therapy.
Now living on a farm in Porepunkah, near Bright, I share my days with horses, goats, chooks, cats, and more, a true menagerie that reflects my love for animals and the natural world.
I understand that beginning couples counselling can feel daunting. It takes courage to take that first step, and I deeply admire every couple who prioritises working on their relationship. At the heart of my work is the belief that connection matters.
We are biologically, emotionally, and spiritually wired for connection and when it’s fractured or lost, we can feel profound loneliness and pain. Through therapy, we can repair and strengthen those bonds within ourselves and in our relationships.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to take the first step. You are only one click away from beginning a meaningful journey of healing, growth, and lasting change.
